You tell us how hands on you want to be in the gathering process. We're happy to shop for you or with you, and offer our retail discounts, as well. This is where your vision starts to take shape, and who doesn't love retail therapy?
Bringing it Together
From hiring & directing contractors to renovations, furnishings and embellishments and the final reveal. We bring it all together for the masterpiece that is your home.
Color & Style Consultation
We bring paint samples from three local paint suppliers and discuss color trends, paint colors that appeal to local buyers and highlight the best features of the home. Includes consultation & follow up color board with paint swatches.
Love Your Home
Need a fresh pair of eyes to walk with you through your home and give you decorating ideas, and suggest resources. Tired of your old furniture? We can give you resources for clearing and selling it.
You bring the notebook to take notes and we'll bring years of experience and a designer's eye for enhanced beauty, livability and comfort.
Styling for Sale or Living
Contact us for a proposal that is specific to your home. Our prices are reasonable and depend on the size of the home, number of rooms that we style and whether the home is empty or if we are using your furnishings. We are insured and for move-in and move-out we use professional movers.

Real Estate Styling
You and/or your REALTOR walks through with one of our Accredited Styling Professionals. We go room by room, discussing styling tips and how-to's that will make your home appeal to the most buyers. This takes 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of your home. Additionally, we discuss the exterior of your home and how to increase curb appeal. We have a REALTOR discount plan.
