Weddings

The project:

• Helped clients select all finishes (flooring, countertops, paint colors, etc.)

• Created sketches of each proposed room

• Sourced and purchased all furniture and accessories

• Furniture Placement Plans

• Crew for installing wallpaper, lighting, after closing painting accent walls

• Referrals for movers, storage during construction, and various tradesmen

• Drapery and drapery installation including all hardware selection

• Custom closet design and referrals for two options for installers

• Lighting Plan: all lighting fixtures were upgraded to luxury fixtures provided by one of my local sources and were installed with the coordination of a local electrician

• Provided options and referrals for custom furniture makers and high end furniture resources

• Coordinated with the builder and tradesmen to achieve the desired results and keep clients informed of the project progress.

• Our goal was to offer these out-of-state clients a seamless way to move into their new home.  By coordinating with my pool of tradesman and vendors we were able to keep the day-to-day moving  with the owners offsite. This required so much timing and monitoring of every piece of furniture ordered and scheduling the tradespeople that were required once my clients closed on the condo. As this is a part-time residence, we wanted to get them all settled and enjoying their new second home as quickly as possible.
