The project:

• Paint Color Consultation

• Selected and sourced all the materials and fixtures for kitchen and baths

• Designed a plan the provided additional space for the large bath by removing a wall and taking room from a hall closet

• Worked with client and contractor to oversee construction

• Our goal was to deliver the owner the simple, clean spa look that she wanted to achieve, to increase the livability of the space and update the home. Furthermore she wanted to keep things neutral as she planned to live in the space for a few months before putting the farm on the market. In the larger bath I was able to find room in the hall closet to make the space roomier, keep the closet, and accommodate a luxury deep tub. Additionally designed storage between the studs with a barn door closing.
